Please email from the address on your Yardoer account, or include the phone number on your account, so we can find it. In the app you can also go to Menu → Help.

Safety

• In an emergency, call 911 first.
• Report a safety problem with a job, a user or a message: in the app, go to Menu → Help → Safety, or email [email protected] with "Safety" in the subject. Include the job, the user's name and what happened.
• Doers can stop any job they believe is unsafe, at any time, without penalty or rating impact.
• Abuse, neglect or exploitation of a vulnerable adult: call 911 in an emergency or contact Utah Adult Protective Services.
• Appeal a decision (such as a chat block): Menu → Help → Appeal a decision within 30 days.

Your account

• Delete your account, in the app or by email.
• To access or correct your data, email [email protected].
